Start a Workflow Automatically

Hi!!

I've developed a process with Process Builder. This process uses an FTP Inbound activity with a listener that read pdf files from a specific folder (local file), then the documents are copied to a Documentum's cabinet.

When I debug the process from Process Builder it starts the listener automatically and performs the operations correctly.

But, now, i've installed the process and it seems it doesn't do anything.

In DA>Tools>Workflow>Start appears my process. If i start it, a txt without content appears in the destiny cabinet.

I'd like the listener listens always and when a PDF is copied into the folder, a new workflow starts automatically.

Can you help me??

The problem was in folder permissions.

Ok, i've deployed Process Integrator (bps.war) on Tomcat app. The listener for my process is running.

But it crashes when it tries to delete or archive documents. I'm sure it has permissions over the local file system.

If I debug the process with process builder, It doesn't crash but it doesn't delete neither archive documents.
