Overlapping in Breadcramp

Hi,
Iam facing one problem in Home page OF WORKSITE.

When i reduce the size of browser ,contens in header part is overlapping.
in My header part contains a Image ,on Image some hyperlinks and some text contain.
so these are overlapping when i reduce the size of browser.

so please any body know the solution,please response.
