Decision Split in Process

Hello,

I'm having a problem in designing my process.

I want to split the process depending on a variable. Is it possible to end or terminate the process if the variable is true? Or if it the variable is false then go to another activity??

Ive attached my process and in red is what I want to do..

That dummy activity should be a Auto Activity that executes dm_bpm_noop_method. Once the control reaches this activity, it will automatically connect to repository and complete itself and pass the control to the next activity.

Possible.

But from the decision split, point to a dummy activity and link that to the End. I dont think you can connect directly the decision split to the End.

I placed a dummy activity and I succeeded in connecting the decision split.

However, I think that the process would not be left hanging??

Is there a way to end an activity after a period of time??

Use dm_bpm_noop_method_java if you are 6.5 or later. This auto forward activity is written in java and runs more efficiently on JMS.

It works!!

I have put the dummy activity before the end of the process such that I can link more than 1 activity to it..
