backing store access has become slow

We are using TeamSite 5.5.2 on Windows NT Server.

Access to backing store has become very slow through TeamSite developer Console.
There is no problem with the network speed.

Its very slow to access iwserver (the branches and workareas)

what is your service pack level, operating system, etc? I'm not sure what you mean by console.

Please be advised the verison you are on has reached end-of-life.

Hi,

According to me you should use the CLT's provided by TS for Administration use.Please go through the Admin or CLT specific PDFs . Hope this will help you in some way.
