Could not open macro storage

Hi all

We are having problems with a document that we created, sent ot a client and the client made changes and sent it back and then when we try and profile the document back into Worksite as a new document we get the following error when we try and save the document after we make any changes

Could not open macro storage

Now the fix we found on MSDN for this is to delete the normal.dot but it causes problems with a brand new empty normal.dot.

This error only happens when we areusing Word 2003 we do not get the problem with Word 2000.

Has anyone else seen thsi error?
