I am trying to give an alert message, when an user clicks on "get latest" button before it could perform the actual function. Can anyone please tell me ehich file I should modify and also the location of the file. Thank you very much.

I don't think there are any supported ways of overridding this operation. You *might* be able to track down a correspoding jsp and hack up the code, but that might get you into trouble down the road.
