In our process we have Email Inbound Listener. Sometimes same email is read twice and two instance of workflow is created with same mail.
Do any one have idea why this occurs?

Try to decrease the number of threads --if more than one--, in Email Inbound activity template properties. It could be that one thread spawns the workflow off of an email, and before deleting it, the second thread spwans another workflow off of same email.
Do you have Listener activity configured to delete the email or just archive it?
we configured to delete the email.
We are storing the message-id of the email in a variable. The message-id for both the cases are same.
Maybe the mail sender is sending multiple copies. I know that sometimes I get multiple copies if there is a delay on my mail server in acknowledging receipt.

Thanks for the reply. I have checked the same with mail admin. There does not seem any problem in mail server side.

I have reduced the thread count to 1. Will check the result.
