How to call JS?

Hi all,

My code on JSP:onfocus="WdatePicker({isShowWeek:true})"

And now, I want to use <dmf:text size="37" name="MSG_REPORT_APPL_YEAR_LABEL" id="report_appl_year" />, how to call the WdatePicker({isShowWeek:true})" method on dmf tag?? which attribute can be realize that to call the JS?

I have no idear, please give me some help! Thank you so much!

BTW, which framework are you using and try to use DOJO as it was available OOTB with WDK apps so that you dont need to load external frameworks.

I use webtop and I want to know how to call JS, If when I want to call some JS, thank you!

I believe you are using jQuery.. If yes, then give ID to the control and in the jquery onload, get this element by ID and use

$('idofyourcontrol') and bind your function using jquery itself. you dont need to touch the <dmf> tag.

Yes, If I use <html> tag ,then how should I get the control value?

If I use dmf tag, I can use following code to get the value:

Text text= (Text) getControl("myText", Text.class); text.getValue();

If you use id in your <dmf> tag you can use jquery and also server side code.
