We have Doc file for Minutes of Meeting. We put this file in a workflow and different users give remarks/ changes marks in BRAVA for TaskSpace. We want these reviews become the part of that Doc file.

You need to "burn" the watermarks into new PDF file (or Brava proprietary format). See Brava user guide for more details.

My query is that when the workflow completed or approved the changesmarks become the part of that pdf automatically. User don't do this activity manually to combine the both pdfs orignal PDF and Changemarks PDF.
I'm not sure if you can do this programmatically such that you can trigger it from a workflow server method. Have submitted your question to EMC support?
if you are not specific on the location of the change marks, and if the final document is pdf you can query for the dm_notes objects related to the document and burn them into pdf using IText api.
