visual formatter

Hi,
I am working on Teamsite 5.5. If create a new data record. The visual formatter is not loading in the DCR. Do i need to configure anything for visual formatter?.

if your DCT has the correct referebce to the VF, as per manual, it should load, or, at least, attempt to do so. It also depends on the browser and client operating system, which you failed to name.
