UCF View Action - Alert User if the Application required is not installed in their system

Hello Everybody ,

We have developed an Document Viewer application using Java + WDK+DFC on DCTM 6.7 .

We use the out of the box UCF Action "ViewUCF" to view the document.

We would like to alert the user if the application required to view the document is not installed on the user system .

Any ideas on how this can be achived using Java.
