Taskspace logo missing in weblogic

Hi everybody,

I have a problem, sure it has been resolved, but I'm stuck : logo and banner in my taskspace application are not displayed in weblogic and they are in tomcat.

It's obvious that I have to perform a particular configuration but the deployment guide didn't help me.

Hi everybody,

I found the correct answer in EMC :

As a workaround for this problem, follow these steps:

1. Stop your Application Server.
2. Go to the following directory in your application server:

<Application_Server_applications_directory>\ taskspace\taskspace\theme\documentum\images\logo\

Copy your logo image in this folder and create a .properties file.

For example, if your TaskSpace application has a name my_taskspace_application and your logo file has a name my_logo_file.jpg, copy any of the existing .properties files and rename it to my_taskspace_application_logo.properties, where my_taskspace_application corresponds to the title of your custom application.

3. Modify the my_taskspace_application_logo.properties file to include only the following text:

loginlogofilepath=images/logo/

topbarlogofilepath=images/logo/my_logo_file.jpg

applicationtitle=my_taskspace_application

4. Save the properties file.
5. Clear the application server cache.
6. Restart your application server.

After completing these changes, the logo should appear in the login page and top bar of your TaskSpace application.

i think it depend on the IE. Just check IE-> toolds-> compatability view settings.

Which version of Taskspace and browser are you using? I have noticed issues with IE9, where you have to enable compatibility mode to view some things correctly.
