Show form content on Preview Pane

Hello,

How can I show a form content associated with an object in a Folder Content Template?

For instance, I have a list of dm_sysobjects created with a Create Form action and the form was built as an Electronic Form in Forms Builder. I want to select a row a view the electronic form in the preview pane.
