How to Display the Colored Rows in Webtop

I need to display the documents with custom attribute Columns ( Like in my case we have a custom attribute FVI, so if FVI value is Yes then display the Document row in Red and if FVI value is No then No color display). I haven't done such type of customization before, so it would be great if anyone can post the solution or Ideas in making it possible.
