Custom command bitmap in Mailsite

I have a custom command that I add to my toolbar in desksite. The bitmap appears fine in here. However, when I add this custom command to the toolbar registry key under MailSite, the bitmap changes to what looks like to be the Interwoven icon - with a black background. I'm not sure what can be causing this. Should I have different sizes/resolutions for deskite and mailsite?

This has always been a problem in MailSite. There is no way to assign a custom bitmap to a custom button.

Due to Outlook limitation, FileSite can only display the default icon.
