Starting indexer from a batch file

Hi, I would like start and stop the indexer process using a batch file or a program.
My problem is that I want to stop the indexer process every evening and restart it every morning without using the Config Manager. I would like to schedule a task that can perform those activities.

Is it possible?

Yes it is possible. You could do this using the "impmcmd".
