Saving e-mails with SMTP Activity Templates

Hello,

I'm to save my sent mails with the SMTP activity template in an specif path of my repository, using a link to folder template. The problem is that only the attachments are saved, but not the message itself. What I really need us to save the message, no matter what happens to the attachements.

Please help me!!

Please post screenshot your data mapper tab for SMTP activity. You are probably not mapping the message field of the inbound email.

Interesting, I dont see how your attachment is getting saved. Are you trying to save outbound email (as record)? My original post was assuming you were trying to save inbound email.

I'm using the Link to Folder activity template, which saves only the mail attachments (If exist)

If you want to save email message using the Link to Folder activity, then you need to define email message in a workflow package and select the package as part of the link at the top. The only reason that your attachments are getting saved is b/c there is an option to save workflow attachments.
