DA vs. Webtop

I can View, Check Out, Check In, Import and Export documents from DA(6.6) but not from Webtop(6.6) on one of the machine, do you know what could be the problem?

Tried clearing browser cache, Doucmentum cache, restrating the browser and machine etc...

Should not Webtop and DA be using the same JRE?

Check if there are presets on this docbase. They could be set for Webtop but not for DA

Seen that a few times. A new Documentum user, assigned to be an administrator even though he/she doesn't know anything and then they play around in the syste mto learn it....

have you tried to make check out using DQL in webtop ?

Issue got resolved by re-creating the user profile and deleting the Registry entry for the profile, something was cached in the Registry or profile it seems.
