can any one suggest why the below error is coming while executing the query

(SELECT distinct proj.r_object_id, proj.object_name, proj.r_creation_date, rcd2.gci_report_year FROM gci_record rcd2,gci_project proj WHERE rcd2.gci_project_id = proj.r_object_id AND proj.r_object_id in (SELECT gci_project_id FROM gci_record rcd SEARCH TOPIC '2010 q4 beat'))

Error occured during query execution :[DM_FULLTEXT_E_FEATURE_NOT_AVAILABLE]error: "Feature search_topic_clause is not available."

What version of CS are you using? Also, if you are using xPlore search engine, I believe this function may no longer be supported.

We are using content server 6.5

Any other possibilities to modify the query so that It can work.

If the function no longer supported then any alternative way to make this work.

Depends on what you are trying to search for. xPlore is based on Lucene, so you can customize the search to query for other things using xquery.

If you are not familiar with xquery, I suggest you get a book on it.

Simply replace SEARCH TOPIC with SEARCH DOCUMENT CONTAINS.

SEARCH TOPIC has been deprecated a long time ago.
