Issue with xDesign

Hi,

I have installed xPression and xDesing on windows 7. I'm getting below erroe when clicking on login button -

-2015 Unable to create java virtual machine(RMI mode)

Any help please!

Make sure the Java version on your machine matches the one listed in the Release Notes.  Using newer versions may cause problems.

Java version is same as per release notes.

Server.xml looks like below -

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>

<ServerList>

          <Server name="localhost" url="iiop://192.168.0.100" uid="abc" password="abc"/>

</ServerList>

I also changed it as below but did not work -

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>

                   - <ServerList>

                               <Server name="xPression" url="http://localhost:8080/servlet/COM2EJB"

                                       uid="" password="" />

                               </ServerList>

Are you installing 32bit or 64bit JRE?  I have seen many problems with 64bit JRE.  Most of the issues are resolved if you install 32bit JRE on Win7
