This is more than likely a really dumb question, so apologies in advance. Bit of background. A couple of us have taken over support of Documentum systems and have not yet received the technical training other than the basic "Technical Fundamentals" course. Recently, we've had a request to make a change to the CheckinContainerCustom.java file to perform some additional tasks.
I've made the changes, which were quite straightforward, but (and here's the dumb part), how do I get these changes compiled into the Webtop app? I've tried clearing out the cache in Tomcat and reloading Webtop through the Tomcat Manager, but no dice...I know it's probably looking for a new .CLASS file, but when I tried to compile the .JAVA file, I received loads of error messages...understandably.
Any help and advice would be really, very much appreciated.
