while entering the data in dct, I want choose images from Loacal computer or desktop not from the workarea.

If you want to upload an image directly from a client and enter the value in a DCT field directly from the DCT, you'll need to develop a custom callout to accomodate that. You should be able to leverage some url commands or the CSSDK to reduce the actual amount of coding necessary, but there is no native support for the use case you describe.
