ADTS trasformation request in working with Sysem admin but not with contributor user

Hi Team,

We use DCM6.5 Sp3 as client and ADTS 6.5 SP3 for rendering word to PDF and also use manually place rendition request using Tools > Transform >More Formats menu option and then select the profile.
Problem is that if user's client capability is system admin and then if user place rendition request , then system is successfully create rendition. whereas if user's client capability is contributor then ADTS is fail to create a rendition.
We want user with contributor client capability should be able to create a rendition using Tools > Transform >More Formats menu option, In order to achieve this , do we need any extra configuration ? appreciate your help.

I'm getting below error message in cts_response_report_publishing_watermark_5.xml file.
let me know if you need any more details.
Error while updating object, Error message: [DM_SYSOBJECT_E_NO_WRITE_ACCESS]error: "No write access for sysobject named 'cts_response_custom_profile.xml'."

Looks like ADTS is logging to file within repository and that the user does NOT have write permissions. Have you tried giving dm_world WRITE permissions on the xml file?

I looked at permission of the cts_response_report_publishing_watermark.xml file( file is in /Resources/1100755280004d00 cabinet) where dm_world has delete permission.

However, i also find the below error in that xml file. Actually user has a write permission on this document(FUN-0000254') as well. I don't understand this message.

Does the user have WRITE permissions on the document they are trying to render (eg FUN-0000254)?

Yes, user has write permission on FUN-0000254.

Can someone confirm that creating rendition using Tools > Transform >More Formats and then we select Merge Documents to PDF profile would only work for system Admin?
