Multiple Document Review in Folder

Hello There,

Req 1 – User has multiple documents in Pending to be reviewed in a folder and would like the ability to select multiple documents to preview at one time.  After they select multiple documents, and right-click > Preview, the preview pane opens.  The user is able to review each document and OK it – by clicking OK and moving to the next document the OK’d document is sent to a queue; when they have finished reviewing all of the documents they click next and are brought to the list of items that have been queued.  There they can give their final OK.

Req 2 – Same as 1, user selects multiple documents and right-clicks Preview, but not all documents are OK to transition to the Queue (i.e. the image is incorrect/bad); for these records they should be able to “Skip”, these records will remain in the same folder and not transition to the queue. 

 

Req 3 – Same as 1, user selects multiple documents and right-clicks Preview, all of the images are OK but the metadata assigned to some of the records is not correct, the user should be able to correct metadata, click Save, and then click OK.  By clicking OK and moving to the next document the OK’d document is sent to a queue, when they have finished reviewing all of the documents they click next and are brought to the list of items that have been queued. 

What possible direction one should go for the soultion of above mentioned points in Documentum WebTop 6.5.
