Hi,

Check does your DA version is compatible with your browser and Java plug-in version. If compatible, re-install your JRE (first kill javaw.exe if already running - that's UCF client, and delete the %USER_HOME%\Documentum folder to be sure).

The latest JRE version officially supported by EMC is 1.6.0_27. Using newer JRE may cause problems.

Also, if both your app server and yo uclient are running on 64 bits machines supporting IPv6, try to diable the ipV6 support, both for the app server and in the ucf_installer_config.xml file of the Webtop/da deployment. That did it for me whne I had this kind of errors

Is your DA customized? Are you able to do other operations in DA? sometimes deleting UCF client installation under %USERPROFILE% helps.
