I am using Taskspace 6.7 SP1 P4.
I am trying to configure Taskspace to open a PDF Rendition of a Document instead of the Primary Rendition (MS Word etc) when using the ts_open action. I have already configured the Inline Preview to display the PDF Rendition rather than the Primary Rendition using the information at: https://community.emc.com/message/617866.
After digging around it looks as though I need to customise the docview or docview_container components but I am not sure where I need to make the required changes. I have tried to provide a custom behavior class for the docview component but this seems to call many xform components which would also need to be customised and it looks like this approach could be messy.
Has anyone managed to do this in a simple, maintainable way before?
