getting error msg "using session handle that has already been released " when generating letter

Hi,

We have a customized webtop application. On application server we are running 2 jobs lets say X and Y. If i stop X job while y is running then letter generation is not successful and i get error msg "using session handle that has already been released " . On doing the reverse letter generation is successful.There is no session leak(sessleakdetector.log is blank).

Please help me to resolve this issue.

It's hard to tell from the code fragments you posted unless we can see at what particular part of the code the error occurs.

Can you alse post the implementation of the populateDocumentData method?

Is the "using session handle that has already been released" message accompanied by any exception in the log file or it's just a message?
