I am using iw_ostream for pagination.
i have values like A B C ..Z

and so on.
I am using iw_ostream for that.
But i am stuked how can i know that "A" is clicked and to generate items only related to a..
I mean any way to send parameter using iw_ostream tag..
Nidhi..

You cannot "send parameter" to an iw_ostream tag.
Clicking / onclick implies interaction through the GUI
iw_ostream implies automation through a PT
Your PT can check the value of a DCR element to determine if it was set (or with what value is set) and use that as a conditional throughout the PT to determine what gets generated or how it gets generated.
Beyond that - your description of what you're trying to do is rather confusing so I'm not sure what you're looking for.

What is your parsed language? Will you be reading in a query string or some other similar variable? Since you're interacting with client actions, iw_ostream is out because it's a function that operates only on the backend.

Till now i have finished the displaying of contents on the basis of clicking of A ,B ,C..
Now i want further as..
suppose if i have 50 pages for A
then it shud display as..
A B C D...Z
A1
A2
.
.
A9
1 2 3 4 5
means for 50 there will be 5 pages as in google search.
Till now i am able to display the number of pages in bottom only.
But on clicking it is not going at proper page.means next 10 pages.
I am not able to regenrate the path of the file for "iw_ostream" for this condition.Any one has implemented this before.
(for first part it is geneating the path perfectly fine).
Thanks
Nidhi

I think you need to spend a bit more time debugging this on your own - by printing out the values of various variables within your PT (to a log file) so that you can figure out how to adjust the code to acheive the desired effect.
I'm assuming you understand what the *generated* HTML code *should* look like - yes? - and it's just a matter of getting the PT code to generate it correctly - yes? If not, you need to spend a bit more time understanding HTML so that you can understand what you're trying to acheive.
