How to find whether the folder is HomeCabinet or Cabinet

Is there any way to find whether a particular folder is HomeCabinet folder or a Cabinet folder ,

If there is a folder 'abc' in both Home Cabinet and Cabinet as well , How do we find whether 'abc ' is homecabinet or cabinet .

I need this this Becasue if the folder is Home Cabinet , i need to ignore in my program .

Any pointers pls ....

Home Cabinet (folder) is defined whether it associated to a user object. In other words, a home cabinet can be shared by multiple users. This is how home cabinet is defined for a user:

select default_folder from dm_user where user_name = 'John Doe'

Cabinet folder is just a cabinet:

select object_name from dm_cabinet
