Custom action to start process

Hello,

I want to create an action to start a process in Taskspace.

I've already created the action under Configuration > Actions

And i've used the action in a folder tab.

However, the action is disabled........

Am I doing it right?? Can someone please help me??

First, please ensure the process ACL grants Relate permissions for user.

Second, ensure the user have at least 'Contributor' for Client Capability priviledges.

Third, try to run <server>:<port>/taskspace/refresh.jsp.

And at last if anything doesn't help. Clear 'Presets' folder for app server and restart it.

Running <server>:<port>/taskspace?refresh.jsp. solve the problem!!

What does it do?

There are about 10 different caches in the system. This refresh.jsp page is refreshing the configuration files on the application server.
