Special character not display properly in IE

Hi,

When a special character © is enterd in the textarea of a DCR, the output symbol dsplay properly in IE (western europe encoding).

When users view the page with other encoding, it display a straing question mark character ?.

Anyone can help?

You could have API translate this character into something more readable like: © or (slightly better) ©
