How to store the performers names in process variable or SDT for running workflow.

business scenario ..We need the to store the Performer names in SDT variable .

so i created a one sdt variable as a repeating attribute to store the performers names during the workflow.

but every time running the workflow..performer name must be updated/overided .but not append/saved the multiple performer names

in that variable. how can i store the multiple performer names in sdt varaible.

Any one have an idea ..please ..help

In the next activity, use Process Data Mapper activity. In the inputs, you can reference previous activity performer.

1. Performer is available in execution data, task area under Process Data.

2. In the activity immediately after the activity you want to get the performer, set the performer of the data mapper activity to be the previous performer.

3. Then in the input message mapping, you can map task.performer to any process data (SDT, etc).

since i have searched for an answer, and did not find, I will try writing the question:

How to get performers that are dynamically assigned in workflow under Multiple Sequential Performers task?

I can only get the first (from dmi_workitem table) and the last with Process Data Mapping using previous activity performer.

What about others between them?

run a dql against dm_workflow, you can get r_performer[] with the list of performers of your task

the query

Select * from dm_workflow where r_object_id='id'

did not gave me results,

but

Select * from dm_workflow_r where r_object_id='id'

gave the number of rows that multiple performers are selected.

Be careful that r_perf_act_name is the needed one, not the r_act_name. This confused me yesterday.
