How to configure maximum file size to be rendered in ADTS

Hi Experts,

I have a small doubt about ADTS 6.6. We observed that msword documents sent for rendition having size more than 10 MB are not getting rendered.

While other formats like txt renders irrespective of file size.

I could not find any information about such configuration in Admin guide.

Can anyone help me in this regards.

You do not need to configure the maximum file size to be rendered on the ADTS server. Text documents are relatively simpler to render when compared to Word documents.I suspect you might be getting a timeout error when rendering the WORD document. If so, you should increase the timeout value specified in advancedpdf.xml found under %CTS_HOME%\config\advancedpdf folder.Restart CTS services after making these changes. This should give ADTS enough time to render the document successfully.
