Hi,
I noticed some users are getting blue screen (attached) when they go to Adv Search. The blue screen remains for 30 secs to 1 min and then gets back to the ADV Search screen. It repeats for every selection of attribute on the users Adv Search screen.
I cleared Documentum cache (deleted Documentum folder under the folder with user's Used ID), Java cache and IE browser cache. Also updated Java 6 from update 17 to 37. It did not help.
Please share your knowledge and experiences for figuring this out.
