Error in Teamsite licence

Hi All,

I am facing a very strange problem.
Let me first put the scenario.

Initially TS 6.1 SP2 was working fine and . The teamite and Active Directory was on same domain i.e. ABC.COM.

Now Active Directory has been changed to PQR.RST.COM .Simultaneously , Teamsite domain also shifted to new Domain and finally teamsit eis down.
When i check tsisvalid.log it says ::

License validation failed for Universal-eval licensing
because the encoded strings do not match.
(invalid string = e7901b9234a6ffc3ea789e9c2cad37c0)

License validation failed for node-locked
licensing because the encoded strings do not match.
(invalid string = e7901b9234a6ffc3ea789e9c2cad37c0)

The current system information is:

Platform = NT
Domain Name = prod.sunchemical.com
hostMACid 00065bf83f34
Product = TS
Have you changed the Network Interface Card since you installed the Interwoven product?


I rechecked the macid and it is 100% correct.
There is on difference when i run ipcofig -all
After moving it to new domain the ipconfig -all data is like this ::

Now when i compare detail with the earlier details(When domain was different) , there were no such part which is present here under bold lines.
so, what kind of problem is this ? Please help me out. Let me know if ou guys need more details on this .

Go to the support site and generate a new license key with the new information. If that doesn't work, contact support.
