I have wondered about this before. Rich media features has been downplayed significantly over the last years. I wonder why that is when we see a virtual explosion of images and video on the internet. Sure, the traditional rich media features associated with Documentum may be thought of things "just for marketing and ad agencies" but I am thinking about more "casual" rich media management. Basically providing a Youtube for your enterprise or being able to organise pictures taken using features seen in Facebook or iPhoto internally.
There must be use/business cases for this right?
