Restrict user from creating ACL and Jobs in the Administrative Node.

Hi,

i created a user with client capability as consumer , none privilages , and added him to dm_browse_all group so that he will be able to see all the objects in the docbase.

i want to make the user not to create any ACL(users own permission set) and Jobs.

please assist on this.

Hi Thilahi,

From where you want to restrict the user to create ACL?

I think if user is just having consumer client capability and no other privilages then he should not be able to create the ACL through DFC or API.

He will not be provided with an option to create an acl from DA anyhow.
