EMC Centera download time is more than upload time?

Folks,

I've been facing this question but could not get much information.

We are using CS 6.7, Centera CAS storage. We are expereincing fast upload time and slow download time specially when file size in 5 MB and more.

I'll appreciate if you can give me some idea or point me to right documentation?

Do you have have ACS enabled? Clients are configured to check with ACS cache before downloading content from CS. This check can consume some time if ACS is not set up correctly. If its not needed (your client is on the same network as CS), I tend to disable it to eliminate this potential issue.
