What the Broadcast Event Reporting does exactly?
I'm not able to find any information about it... I did RFTM and searched the forums... without success.

The event reporting feature in OpenDeploy uses publish-subscribe technology. (I wouldn't call this "broadcast".) Just search the manuals for "reporting".
