How can a performer send the task to the performer who rejected it earlier automatically when the cu

Hi,

I have a typical situation in my workflow. First performer forwards the task to three (3) next performers who will work on the task simultaneously. Any these three (3) next performers can reject the task to the first performer. Now the first performer needs to send the task to the next performer who rejected it automatically instead of selecting from a list. How can I achieve this?

Please share your knowledge and experiences for figuring this out.

Define an alias for the performer. Then you set the alias value.

As for showing 3 rejector path; I dont think you can do this dynamically. What you can do is create 2 similar activities for 1st performer: one path has 2 outgoing paths and other path has 3 outgoing paths. Query for the existence of the rejector value in the decision split activity to go to either 2 path or 3 path version of the activity.

We save this information as part of the package or (SDT if you are using xCP). Then, in the activity you can query for this value for the performer.

I will save the rejecter information in a custom attribute. Later I can also query it to get its value. How can I send the task to this performer? The first performer currently has an option of sending the task to 1-of-2 outgoing paths. How and where can I accommodate this 3rd (Rejecter) automatically?

Please advise me.
