Admin Login after 4.0.1 upgrade

After upgrading from 3.5.1 to 4.0.1, I am unable to login to the Admin console. I receive the following message when attempting to log in:

[DFmcAdminDB.cpp,53]: Failed to open admin index. Reason: Failed to open MetataggerAdmin.db: Db: Smiley Surprised

pen: DB_OLDVERSION: Database requires a version upgrade

Isn't the MetataggerAdmin.db automatically upgraded to the latest version?

Migrateduser

The user account db files are not autmatically converted in the upgrade. User accounts have to be newly created after the install.

I resolved it by stopping the Admin Server, renaming the old MetataggerAdmin db files and restarting the Admin Server services.
