DAS Initialization Issue

Hello all,
I am having problems initializing DAS when i do the below command.I feel that my dbschema and database.xml are fine.
There is some problem with the ddcfg_uds.template file...I have attached it here.Can you pls tell me if i am doing something wrong.
Using TS 6.5, OD 6.0.1;

Doesn't look like DD is even started... did you follow all the steps in the install guide? DD does not work out of th box.. you have to run the license enabler, then uncomment the databaseconfiguration element in odbase.xml, set the daemon port, etc.
