Customize fly-out menus in Taskspace

Hi everyone,

Can someone help me in customising a flyout menu in taskspace please??

I want to disable an action for users of a group and enable it for users of another group.

The context menu that I want to modify is the one that you get when you right click on a task in a tasklist.

The action that I want to disable/enable is the Get Task. (Obtenir une tâche in my case).

How can I do that?

You can write a custom action with Precondition and Action Execution Classes,

InPrecondition class you will be having the QueryExecute(),which does return the boolean value.

So You can check in your Precondition class and make the action visible to the users who are involved in the group etc as per your business requirement.

Note: Your context menu should call the custom action which was written.

This menu is based on the process design who can get the task. You can modify the process design in order to achieve the desired functionality.
