Problem in accessing TS GUI.

Hi ,
I have installed TS6.1 SP2 . Installation worked perfectly fine. My virtual drive(Y Smiley Happy

is also appearing, mount is also alive . But i am not able to access TS GUI, http://localhost/iw-cc .
I am attching the snapshot of the error.
I also checked the folder <iw-home>\servletd\work\Standalone\localhost\iw_tsadmin and the nighmare is that this folder is blank. As per my knowledge this should cotain the class files for the JSPs . Only on efile is present here by name "SESSIONS.ser".

I hope to get some expert comments from you guys on this issue.

Hi,
we also had some problems with our TS GUI after SP2 installation.
After same endless unsuccessful attempts, we reset our customer_src directory (\iw-home\local\config\lib\content_center\customer_src)
on the original TS installation state (will say: with no customizations...)
Then we reinstalled the web application with "install_webapps.ipl -i -f content_center" (also without any customizations).
After this step the TS GUI was accessible, the integration of our customizations was not problem afterwards...

Stefan, As you said I am trying to rum make_toolkit.ipl and ia m getting this error :::

E:\iw-home\local\config\lib\content_center>e:\iw-home\iw-perl\bin\iwperl e:\iw-h
ome/bin/make_toolkit.ipl
./etc/webapp.ver was not found.
Are you in the right directory?

Please help me out.

You need to cd into the customer_src directory first - either that, or supply the path to customer_src on the command line with the '-src' flag (I believe - run make_toolkit.ipl -h for usage information)

Hi,

Yes !! that was my mistake, I was not going into the correct folder.Finally i did that and it started well but stuck at one place..it is saying that some problem at line number 187 . Any idea ?

Without looking at your customizations and seeing the entire error message - nope - no idea.
Do I want to look at your customizations and see the entire error message - nope - not really, but if you can't figure it out on your own (please TRY) - then post the information and someone (perhaps even I) will probably take a look at it.

Perhaps if you post the complete output from make_toolkit.ipl it might shed some light on the subject.

I ran into a problem with a 6.5 SP2 installation where the toolkits.xml file was missing the "customer" toolkit entry - but I seem to recall the error message was reasonably explicit about that.
