metadata callout

Hi,
Is there a way to access the name of the DCR in a metadata callout form. we need the full path to the DCR, but from the CGI form we are getting only the workarea but not the DCR path.

We tried using example_metadata_callout.ipl example but no luck.
We are on Solaris8, TS 6.1 SP1

I am puzzled - are you trying to attach (tag) metadata to a DCR? or something else?

The name of the file being tagged is not available in the metadata capture callouts without a "black" patch from Interwoven that sits on top of 6.5SP1.
I'm hoping the patch will be baked into SP2 - but I don't know for sure.

I would not expect to see this get fixed in 6.1

We had a case where we had callouts on the form that allowed you to:
- exract the Title field from the DCR to include it as metadata
- extract the path of the file to construct a base URL
- select another file that already had metadata and copy it to the current file.

None of these were possible without the patch we got from Interwoven for 6.5 SP1 - with the patch - the files are accessible as $cgi->{form}{path_1} (and path_2, path_3, ... if you are tagging multiple files at the same time)
