How does one set up exchange such that "internal" emails can be routed to James for storage in the CMS (makes it easy for a cc) instead of using drag and drop from Mailsite (outlook)?

Currently, external emails reach the intended mailbox within WSMP. However, internal emails using the same address get bounced back from exchange as non-deliverable.
