Package could not be accessed

Hi All,

One of the user send request to direct manager for his approval.

Direct manager check the inbox task and he is trying to open the attachment , getting the below error.

Attachment from package "package" could not be accessed.

you may not have sufficient permission to access the attached document or attached document has been deleted.

Already that user is added in form_user,ts_designer role and also given dm_owner relate permission on the form and user is given contributor permission. please share your suggestions!!!

Please read Content Servers Fundamentals manual. Understanding of how security is managed on documents/objects is fundamental. If you dont understand this, your application will NOT work as expected.

Even i got the same problem while approving through inbox and that has been resolved,

Cause:- This occured due to the ACL attached to the document. The user has not permission on the document.

Resolution:- Query over the the object type and check the attribute 'acl_name' . In that acl user should have relate permission.
