Deleting in TS6.5?

Hi there,
We have installed TS6.5 (Sol9) on our test and dev systems, in preparation for production release.
I'm familiar with 5.5.2, and am now familiarising myself with 6.5 (content center standard).
My question concerns how File Delete works. In TS6.5, the delete operation is followed by an option to Submit. The help describes this as a workflow, requiring the approver to approve the deletion. Where is this workflow defined? Does it also delete the file from the website (ie where OpenDeploy receiver resides)?
In our 5.5.2 system we already had a Delete workflow; is this no longer needed?
Would like to clear this up.

you are probably referring to the Wizard in CC Standard?

in this case your users my ignore the siggestion to submit and leave as work in progress. or configure your delete workflow in available_templates.cfg so it is picked up in particular workarea/branch
