Documetum Form Builder: storage option from view menu is disabled

Hello All.,

I have created process templates using form builder, but while configuring a data and storage properties for Drop downliast some properties are disabled ,

I cant edit them.

Activity tab from data pane is also disabled.

Any one has some clue about this issue?

Is there any configuration is required in order to enable View menu --> Storage option and data pane components?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please, explain what did you mean by this.

Pay attention, the storage settings are appropiate only for Electionic form template.

Ok., So I cant set maximum and minimum limits for a possible values of drop down list control which is populated by some attributes from docbase when "Initiate Process" template is selected to start a process.

Am i right ? Please correct me if am wrong.

Yes, you right.

You can limit number of possible values just by adaptor itself. For example, if you use datasource adaptor you can use hint RETURN_TOP.
