Hi,
I need help using the preferred_renditions option in the Taskspace. There are some documents with PDF rendition. On selection of those documents, the inline viewer should display the PDF rendition instead of the actual document.
is it possible to achieve this with the preferred_renditions option in Taskspace?
Under the preferred_renditions / rendition, i added the following,
<rendition>
<mode>view</mode>
<object_type>dm_document</object_type>
<primaryformat>msw8</primaryformat>
<renditionformat>pdf</renditionformat>
<isdefault>true</isdefault>
</rendition>
In spite of restarts and cache clearing, it keeps opening the actual document instead of the rendition. The content transfer is through ACS.
Any help??
